Qualifications

• 5 Years of supply chain leadership experience and a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of supply chain leadership experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage a market-based delivery operations team and analyze call metrics for improvements.
• Interview, hire, and train associates on Home Delivery processes and systems.
• Lead and motivate daily shifts, create and promote daily schedules.
• Communicate with customers on escalations and drive problem-solving to improve delivery experiences.
• Collaborate with third-party delivery providers and logistics teams to ensure world-class service.
• Utilize WMS for inventory reconciliation and audits.
