You will drive productivity and optimize our local supply chain. In this role you will manage schedules, resolve escalations, coordinate with third-party providers, and use our Warehouse Management System to maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5 Years of supply chain leadership experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years of supply chain leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a market-based team, overseeing delivery operations and performance.
• Interview, hire, and train associates on Home Delivery processes and systems.
• Motivate and manage associates daily, creating and promoting daily schedules.
• Communicate with customers on escalated issues and lead problem-solving efforts.
• Audit the business, identify trends, and collaborate with third-party delivery providers.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory reconciliation and audits.
