Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• HS Diploma with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading delivery operations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a Market-based ASA team responsible for supporting delivery operations including performance monitoring, inbound call monitoring, escalations, issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Leads collaboration with XDT network, 3PL service providers, Lowe's Supply Chain teams, and store operations to optimize home delivery processes.
• Reviews market-level productivity and quality metrics, identifying trends and driving improvements across the market.
