Job summary

The role coordinates with the XDT, 3PL, bulk distribution centers, and Lowe’s stores to implement home delivery solutions and advocate for customers.

The MDM will drive process improvements, monitor market metrics, and coach cross-functional teams to exceed delivery performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a Market-based ASA team supporting delivery operations and monitor performance.
• Analyze financial statements, variances, and corrective actions.
• Prepare action plans, resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends.
• Lead others to deliver business results in a fast-paced environment.
• Know Home Delivery Operations and processes extensively.
• Lead the XDT Network interactions with 3PL partners and Lowe’s teams.
• Identify capability gaps and coach 3rd party leadership to address them.
• Solve problems, lead change, and empower teams.
