• Motivate and manage associates daily, creating and promoting daily schedules.
• Communicate with customers on escalated issues and lead problem-solving efforts.
• Collaborate with third-party delivery providers for world-class experiences.
• Utilize WMS for inventory reconciliation and audits.
• Lead and influence others to deliver business results and apply knowledge of Home Delivery Operations.
