Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of related experience.
- Experience leading teams and managing delivery operations.
- Knowledge of administration and financial statements.
Responsibilities
- Oversees a market-based ASA team responsible for final mile delivery operations and performance monitoring.
- Analyzes variances and creates corrective actions; prepares action plans and audits.
- Leads, coaches, and develops associates; manages day-to-day operations and 3PL/vendor relations.
