You’ll drive efficiency across the supply chain by coaching associates, managing schedules, and resolving delivery issues.

This role partners with cross‑dock, third‑party providers, and store operations to deliver world‑class outcomes. A background in supply chain leadership and a related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 Years of supply chain leadership experience and high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of supply chain leadership experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage a market-based delivery team, overseeing operations and driving process improvements.
• Interview, hire, and train associates on Home Delivery processes and systems.
• Motivate and manage associates daily, creating and promoting daily schedules.
• Communicate with customers on escalated issues and lead problem-solving efforts.
• Collaborate with third-party delivery providers and Lowe’s Supply Chain teams for operational excellence.
• Utilize WMS for inventory reconciliation and audits.
