• 5+ years managing a sales team generating $25M+ in revenue.
• 3+ years in a 100% commission structure.
• Experience presenting sales productivity to leadership.

• Identify performance gaps using KPIs and adjust strategy for a team of 15+ sales representatives.
• Strengthen cross-functional alignment by partnering with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience.
• Enhance our sales model to support rapid growth without compromising service standards.
• Develop and lead the Project Consultant team to grow market revenue by 80-100%.
• Perform ride-alongs to coach and develop the team with a hands-on approach.
• Forecast sales capacity and staff the team appropriately based on projections.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to hire top talent for training classes.
• Create and present reports highlighting current production and projections for upcoming months.
