Renewal by Andersen, the nation’s leading brand in premium replacement windows and doors, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team of Project Consultants. This role thrives in a luxury, consultative sales environment, inspiring teams to deliver white-glove customer experiences while consistently driving revenue growth.

You will lead a 10–15 person team, mentor through ride-alongs and field coaching, and develop strategies aligned with market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or comparable leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; polished presence with both team and clients.
• Deep understanding of sales principles and consultative customer service practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 Project Consultants, ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals.
• Train, mentor, and develop new Project Consultants, providing ongoing coaching to build confidence and skills.
• Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching sessions – split between demonstrating sales excellence and observing/mentoring.
• Drive performance by focusing on elevating the “middle 50%” of the team to maximize overall results.
