• Build & Scale a $30M+ Sales Engine.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of design consultants who exceed goals in a hyper-growth environment.
• Own Training & Coaching with onboarding and continuous development programs; spend time in the field with weekly touchpoints.
• Lead with Data & Insight by tracking KPIs, interpreting market trends, and adjusting strategies in real time.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless lead-to-install execution.
