Chase is seeking a Market Director of Banking in Consumer Bank to lead a world-class customer experience, drive deposits growth, and coach Branch Managers. You will oversee market performance, align with Chase Wealth Management and other lines, and ensure a culture of excellence in service across the community.

You will guide leadership, strategy, and risk management while partnering with executive peers to deliver strong financial outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of branch management or related leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Experience building relationships and collaborating across lines of business remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches branch managers to engage customers and address escalations.
• Develops best practices for coaching, reviewing business, collaboration and compliance.
• Recruits, retains, and develops talent fostering an environment where employees grow.
• Develops strategies to achieve key financial metrics including deposits and customer growth.
• Leads integration with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to grow other lines of business.
• Manages market to optimize performance and customer experience.
• Ensures risk controls and compliance in branch operations.
