Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit, interview, train Brand Ambassadors and manage scheduling/ payroll processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and field operations skills with a focus on activation execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Brand Ambassador team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Oversee field operations and relationships with wholesalers/clients to ensure program success.
• Drive client relationship development and provide strategic program updates and reporting.
• Direct reports and supervise others; ensure safe, compliant execution of events and activities.
• Travel up to 50% to support in-market activities and BA development.
