Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staff Brand Ambassador team recruitment, training, weekly event execution, and reporting.
• Ensure BA are equipped with merchandise and materials for sampling events.
• Travel in-market up to 50% for BA development and performance reviews.
• Manage budgets for the assigned area to maximize revenue and safety.
• Develop employees for career advancement and succession planning.
• Maintain client relationships and drive program execution.
