Job summary

Advantage Solutions in the United States is seeking a Market Manager to staff, train, and motivate Brand Ambassadors for designated markets, driving activation and client value through direct consumer engagement.

You will lead recruitment, interview and hire teams, oversee training and performance reporting, and collaborate with clients to meet program goals. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience in the alcohol or beverage industry preferred.
• Experience working in an agency, retail, CPG or CE environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Brand Ambassador team including recruitment, training, weekly event execution, and reporting.
• Ensure Brand Ambassadors have merchandise and materials for sampling events and activities.
• Travel in-market for BA development, activation audits and performance reviews.
• Provide direction, guidance and mentoring to direct and indirect reports; support career advancement.
• Manage budgets for geographic areas and ensure a safe work environment.
