Advantage Solutions in Arlington, VA is seeking a Market Manager to staff, train, and motivate part-time Adult Beverage Brand Ambassadors, driving one-to-one consumer engagement and measurable activation results for the assigned market. This role will lead interviewing and hiring, oversight of training and development, and ensure timely reporting and performance against program goals.

You will build strong client relationships, manage travel in-market, and align efforts with sales objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (Education Level).
2-4 years of experience in related field, preferably in alcohol/beverage or agency/CPG environments.
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training Brand Ambassadors.

Responsibilities

Manage Brand Ambassador team including recruitment, training, weekly event execution and reporting.
Ensure BA team is equipped with merchandise and materials for sampling events.
Travel in-market for BA development, activation audits and performance reviews.
Oversee performance management and career development of BAs.
Develop relationships with wholesalers/clients to drive program success.
Control budgets for geographic area to maximize revenue and safety compliance.
