Qualifications

• Ability to recruit, interview, train Brand Ambassadors and manage weekly schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage Brand Ambassador team including recruitment, training, weekly event execution and reporting.
• Ensure ambassadors are equipped with merchandise and materials for events.
• Travel regularly within market for BA development, audits and performance reviews.
• Oversee performance management and succession planning for staff.
• Build strong relationships with wholesalers/clients to drive activations and results.
• Lead budget management for assigned geographic area and ensure safety compliance.
