Responsibilities

• Team Management: recruit, training, weekly event execution, and reporting.
• Field Operations Management: build relationships with wholesalers/client field teams; monitor program execution.
• Client Relationship: maintain positive relationships with key accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Teamwork/Dynamics: collaborate with support/agency teams; provide daily/weekly updates to BAs.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: hire, train, coach, and develop direct reports.
