Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Manager of Market Access and Reimbursement for the South-Central region. The role covers TX, OK, LA, AL, AR, TN, KY and requires travel up to 40%. You will lead reimbursement efforts, educate physicians and payers, and drive patient access to Arthrex technologies.

The position partners with Sales, Product Management and Regulatory teams to align market access initiatives with commercial objectives. A master’s degree and 5+ years in healthcare or medical devices are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare delivery, healthcare insurance, or the medical device industry.
• Master’s Degree or higher is a plus.
• Orthopedic medical devices experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding.
• Payer coverage, Prior Authorization, and claims processes knowledge.
• Ability to train sales teams on reimbursement concepts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate Arthrex’s Sales team on US reimbursement concepts for the product portfolio through in-person, virtual, and on-demand sessions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Regulatory teams to develop tools, economic models and reimbursement strategies.
• Plan and prioritize customer visits to provide education and value-based messages to drive patient access.
• Develop and implement reimbursement, market access, and value-based strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Develop relationships with physician champions to support payer interactions.
• Travel up to 40% to cover territories.
• Ensure compliance with organizational objectives and policies.
