Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Market Access and Reimbursement for the North Central region.

This role will lead reimbursement strategy and education across US markets, collaborating with Sales, Product Management and Regulatory to improve patient access to Arthrex technologies. The position requires 5+ years in healthcare or medical devices, a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred), and strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare, health insurance, or medical device industry
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree or advanced degree is a plus
• Certified Professional Coder is a plus
• Detailed knowledge of medical device billing, coding (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10) and payer requirements

Responsibilities

• Educate and train Arthrex’s Sales team and agencies on reimbursement concepts for the product portfolio
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Regulatory to inform development of tools, models and reimbursement strategies
• Plan and prioritize customer visits to deliver value-based messages to drive patient access
• Develop and implement reimbursement and market access strategies aligned with commercial objectives
• Travel up to 40% and maintain compliance with organizational guidelines
