Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Manager, Market Access and Reimbursement for the North Central region. The role supports field reimbursement initiatives, develops value-based strategies, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Regulatory teams to improve patient access to Arthrex technologies.

Experience in orthopedic medical devices and knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 is preferred. This position requires up to 40% travel across multiple states including Iowa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, healthcare insurance plan or medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train Arthrex’s Sales team on US reimbursement (coding, coverage, payment, contracting).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Regulatory to inform tools and models.
• Plan and prioritize customer visits to deliver value-based reimbursement messages.
• Develop and implement reimbursement and value-based strategies to expand patient access.
• Travel up to 40%.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required
