Arthrex is seeking a Manager, Market Access and Reimbursement for the North Central region, covering MI, IN, IL, MO, KS, MN, WI, IA, NE, ND, SD, CO. You will lead reimbursement strategy, educate the sales force, and collaborate across Marketing, Product and Regulatory to improve patient access to Arthrex technologies.

Requirements include 5+ years in healthcare or medical devices, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus), and strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ ICD-10.

Competenze

• 5+ years in healthcare, health insurance plan, or medical device industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree or higher is a plus.
• Orthopedic medical device knowledge desired but not required.
• Prior field reimbursement experience is a plus.
• Certified Professional Coder is a plus.
• Billing and coding knowledge: CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10.

Mansioni

• Educate and train Arthrex’s Sales team and agencies on US reimbursement aspects (coding, coverage, payment, contracting).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Regulatory to inform tools and models for patient access.
• Plan and prioritize key customer visits to deliver value-based messages and drive access.
• Develop and implement reimbursement, market access, and value-based strategies aligned with commercial goals.
• Build relationships with local physician champions to support payer interactions.
• Travel up to 40%.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and functional policies.
