Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Market Access and Reimbursement for the North Central region. The role focuses on connecting patients, providers, and payors to ensure access to Arthrex technologies and products.

You will serve as the primary reimbursement expert supporting field teams, and help execute company strategies related to reimbursement initiatives, including HCP engagement and contracting. The role requires deep knowledge of US reimbursement, coding, and payer requirements, with

Qualifications

• 5+ years in delivery/administration of healthcare, healthcare insurance plan or medical device industry.
• Master's Degree or other advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train Arthrex's Sales team and agencies on US reimbursement (coding, coverage, payment, contracting) for the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Regulatory to inform customer-facing tools and economic models.
• Plan and prioritize customer visits to provide education and deliver value-based messages to drive patient access.
• Develop and implement reimbursement, market access, and value-based strategies to promote broader patient access.
• Develop and support relationships with local physician champions to support payer interactions.
