Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Manager, Market Access and Reimbursement for the North Central region. The role focuses on reimbursement leadership, coding, coverage, and contracting to maximize patient access to Arthrex technologies. Travel up to 40% across specified states is required.

The candidate will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Regulatory to develop and implement market access strategies and engage with payer stakeholders to optimize access for Arthrex products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare, health plan, or medical device industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of US reimbursement, coding, coverage, and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Educate sales teams on US reimbursement (coding, coverage, payment, contracting) for Arthrex products.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Regulatory to inform tools and models.
• Plan key customer visits to provide education and value-based messaging for patient access.
• Develop reimbursement, market access, and value-based strategies aligned with commercial goals.
• Build relationships with physician champions to support payer interactions.
