Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Manager of Market Access and Reimbursement to lead US reimbursement education for the sales force and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role focuses on coding, coverage, contracting, and payer interactions to improve patient access to Arthrex technologies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare or medical devices, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10. Travel up to 40% is required in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare, health insurance, or medical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience with orthopedic devices and field reimbursement is a plus.
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 and payer coverage requirements.
• Ability to train and energize sales teams on reimbursement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train Arthrex sales teams on US reimbursement, coding, coverage, and contracting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Regulatory to inform tools and models.
• Plan customer visits to provide education and value-based messages for patient access.
• Develop and implement reimbursement and value-based strategies to improve patient access.
• Develop relationships with physician champions to support payer interactions.
• Travel up to 40%.
• Ensure compliance with overall company objectives.
