Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Manager, Market Access and Reimbursement to lead reimbursement strategies in the North Central region. You will educate the sales force on coding, coverage, and contracting while collaborating with Marketing, Product Management and Regulatory teams to shape tools and economic models that enhance patient access.

• 5+ years in healthcare delivery/administration or medical device industry.
• Experience with US payer systems and reimbursement processes.
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding and payer coverage requirements.

Responsibilities

• Educate Arthrex Sales team and agencies on US reimbursement, coding, coverage, and contracting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Regulatory to inform tools, economic models and reimbursement strategies.
• Plan and execute customer visits to deliver value-based messages and improve patient access.
• Develop and support reimbursement strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Travel up to 40%.
• Ensure compliance with organizational objectives.
