Job summary

ROY GROUP INTERNATIONAL L L C is seeking an experienced Timekeeper to support workforce administration and labor reporting at Naval Base Guam, Santa Rita. This role requires meticulous recordkeeping for personnel involved in vessel operations, warehousing, and terminal support.

The ideal candidate has timekeeping and payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential environment within a military port facility.

Qualifications

• Two years of timekeeping, payroll administration, or related clerical experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily records of employee work hours, shift assignments, overtime, leave, and labor distribution.
• Process timesheets, labor reports, and attendance records.
• Ensure records comply with policies, labor agreements, and regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors to resolve discrepancies in hours and overtime.
• Prepare labor reports and support payroll processing.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll-related records.
• Utilize timekeeping and payroll systems and coordinate with HR and government representatives.
