Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 3 years’ MSC technical library experience.
• 2 years’ SAMM VTL experience.
• Customer service experience in a technical library context.

Aufgaben

• Manage engineering and technical records and organize library space.
• Handle inquiries by phone and email; relay messages.
• Maintain regulatory documentation with USCG, ABS, and others.
• Digitize drawings and manuals into electronic formats.
• Support MSC SAMM VTL and distribute data to vessels.
• Prepare and ship documentation and laminations.
• Update and distribute CAD drawings per MSC standards.
• Export electronic data from SAMM VTL to fleet.
