GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Clerical III in Norfolk, VA to support MSC's Engineering Documentation Branch.

Responsibilities include managing engineering records, digitizing drawings, and maintaining the MSC SAMM Virtual Technical Library (VTL). The role involves coordinating communications, handling regulatory documents from USCG, ABS, and NAVSEA, and preparing materials for distribution to vessels.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative and clerical support operations.
• Ability to organize, locate, and manage engineering documentation.
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation from USCG, ABS, NAVSEA (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Manage engineering and technical records including cataloging and distributing docs.
• Handle calls, emails, inquiries, and message routing.
• Digitize drawings and manuals into electronic formats.
• Maintain MSC SAMM VTL library and support distribution of data.
• Prepare drawings per CAD standards and GTRs.
• Export and distribute electronic data to vessels.
