Wilhelmsen Ship Management seeks an Operator, Marine Coordination Agent (MCA) at the Pasadena Office to support LNG vessel operations and port call coordination. You will serve as the primary link between LNG shippers, terminal operators, towing providers, and vessel agents to ensure seamless service execution and real-time communication during arrivals and departures.

Qualifications

• Maritime, shipping, logistics or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data management systems.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Receive service agreement from the Shipper and respond within 2 hours.
• Forward service agreements and create Terms and Conditions to send to the agent of record.
• Create a checklist of services and monitor daily emails from stakeholders.
• Send daily updates and inform all parties of arrival/departure movements.
• Document movements, complete the services checklist, and prepare month-end reports.
• Review movements and fuel tickets for errors and close out/invoice port calls in the system.
