Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking Software Engineers for its Maritime Division to drive autonomous software across complex robotic platforms. You will lead end‑to‑end delivery from architecture through deployment, including testing and simulation, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates have strong software design skills, experience with scalable services, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance. Willingness to travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Extensive professional software engineering experience across domains/technologies.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, concurrency and system design.

Responsibilities

• Empathize with end-users and balance their needs with constraints in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Own software-enabled solutions deployed to customers, delivering end-user value.
• Design and implement scalable software with evolution paths for architecture and capability.
• Contribute to reusable services across Anduril product lines.
• Develop software on/for robotic platforms, across hardware and software.
• Support full lifecycle testing, monitoring and operation of vehicle and mission software.
• Create test and simulation fixtures with software- and hardware-in-the-loop.
• Travel to co-locate with end-users or teams up to 20% of the time.
