Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking Software Engineers to independently drive software integrated into our maritime products, including autonomy, simulation, data processing, payload integration, and off-board command and control. You will own end-to-end outcomes and contribute as a technical lead across the product life-cycle.

Join a multi-disciplinary team to advance next-generation autonomous platforms, mentor junior engineers, and travel up to 20% to co-locate with end-users and other teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive professional experience as a Software Engineer with domains/technologies of expertise.
• Experience in systems and/or application programming including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, scaling, testing, infrastructure, software design, and system design.
• Experience troubleshoo ting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems.
• Ability to own software services, including requirements, roadmap, and evolution, across lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Empathize with end-users and balance their needs in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Own software-enabled solutions deployed to customers, optimizing end-user value.
• Design and implement scalable software for rapid capability delivery and evolution.
• Develop reusable software components across Anduril product lines.
• Support vehicle and mission software development with full lifecycle testing and monitoring.
• Create test and simulation fixtures with software- and hardware-in-the-loop.
