Responsibilities

• Schedules service work and processes orders efficiently.
• Maintains repair records for supervision or control.
• Manages technician workflow and schedules repair orders.
• Writes up customer concerns and provides timely estimates.
• Collaborates with service manager to improve processes.
• Builds and maintains customer and manufacturer relationships.
• Maintains parts flow and determines materials needed.
• Resolves customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Obtains warranty approvals timely.
• Keeps customers informed of repair status.
• Performs quality checks on finished boats and repairs.
• Participates in evaluating technician productivity and training.
