Job summary

OneWater Marine is seeking a Service Advisor at our Ohio location to deliver exceptional customer service and oversee service scheduling, repairs, and estimates. You will maintain accurate repair records, collaborate with technicians, and build relationships with customers and manufacturers to strengthen loyalty.

You will communicate clearly with customers, manage workflow, and support the service department to ensure timely, high-quality workmanship on marine vessels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years in customer service or service advisor role, automotive/marine preferred.
• Marine equipment knowledge strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with basic marine maintenance terminology.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service work and process retail, warranty and internal repair orders.
• Maintain repair records for supervision or control.
• Manage technician workflow and schedules.
• Write detailed write-ups of customer concerns and provide timely estimates.
• Collaborate with the service manager to improve processes and efficiency.
• Build positive customer and manufacturer relationships to boost loyalty.
