Job summary

Current Watersports in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a Service Advisor to guide boat owners through the service process and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be the primary link between customers and the service department, maintaining organization and follow-through in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay organized, and can balance multiple priorities while learning marine terminology.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM, POS, or dealership software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process.
• Create service estimates, work orders, order parts, and process warranty claims.
• Coordinate work between customers, technicians, and management.
• Provide updates and maintain communication throughout repairs.
• Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow-up schedules.
