MarineMax Brand is seeking a Service Advisor to support the Service Manager, the service team, and customers. You will gather information needed for boat repairs, communicate clear work orders to technicians, and ensure timely completion.

You will greet customers, coordinate with manufacturers and warranty companies, and manage paperwork, quotes, and invoicing to keep the repair flow smooth and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Manager in day-to-day operations including scheduling and distribution of work for technicians and yard team, utilizing Service Scheduler and other tools as required to generate and manage work orders.
