The ideal candidate will supervise technicians, coordinate tasks for efficient workflows, troubleshoot boat issues, and uphold safety and environmental standards while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in Marine Technology is a plus.
• Certifications (Mercury, Yamaha) are preferred.
• Experience in marine repair, with supervisory or leadership role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of technicians and provide coaching.
• Assign tasks to technicians for efficient workflow.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of boats and assist with troubleshooting.
• Communicate with customers and team to inform status.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and improve service.
• Coordinate with service manager to train technicians.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and environmentally friendly work environment.
