Ideal candidates will understand BOMs, parts applications, and warranty documentation, plus communicate effectively with dealers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Ten years in the marine industry or equivalent
• Hands-on knowledge of boat building/manufacturing
• Experience with warranty administration and dealer support
• Ability to read and interpret BOMs and parts catalogs
• Strong communication with dealers and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for marine dealers and boat owners about warranty, parts, and service questions
• Identify parts, check pricing, availability, and lead times; process dealer orders
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and other departments to resolve issues
• Review warranty claims with documentation and ensure timely resolution
• Provide technical information and guidance to dealers and service technicians
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, orders, and communications
