MasterCraft Boat Company in Vonore, TN is seeking a Warranty Claims Processor to handle warranty claims, RAs, and defective parts with suppliers under supervision. You will credit dealers, return parts to suppliers, and keep accurate records.

• Must have a HS Diploma with at least 3 years related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must attend training as required by MasterCraft.
• Knowledge of boat components and systems.
• Computer literate.

Responsabilidades

• Process warranty claims, credits, and defective parts with supplier returns.
• Run weekly reports and submit to designated personnel.
• Assist Shipping and Receiving and Warranty Clerk as needed.
• Cross-train to learn coding of incoming warranty claims.
• Answer dealer calls and emails regarding claims.
• Maintain records in SRD and related databases.
