Job summary

Chaparral Boats Inc. seeks a Dealer Technical Support Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between the factory and dealer service network.

You will assist dealers with troubleshooting product issues, review warranty coverage, and authorize repairs following company guidelines. You will coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service to resolve complex issues, maintain product knowledge, and support dealer training while upholding exceptional customer

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical inquiries from authorized dealers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, structural, and systems-related issues.
• Review and evaluate warranty claims for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Approve, deny, or request information regarding warranty claims.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of product changes, service bulletins, and updates.
