Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of advanced MANET and MIMO communications systems, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with Marine Corps defense requirements. Role involves field tests, customer meetings, and demonstrations with up to 50% travel and a 100% remote option depending on location.

Required 2–5 years in systems engineering or defence tech, with familiarity in SDRs, TCP/IP networking, Linux, and scripting (Python/C++).

Formación

• Exposure to or working knowledge of Software-Defined Radios (SDRs), IP-based routing protocols, or tactical communication systems.
• Basic familiarity with RF test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
• Security Clearance: Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
• Citizen due to clients under U.Practical experience with TCP/IP networking, Linux environments, or scripting languages (e.g., Python, C++) for test automation.

Responsabilidades

• Force design goals and map operational requirements to tactical radio solutions.
• Plan networks and configure systems for field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate to verify architectures are technically sound using benchmarks.
• Align with Business Development on technical needs and priorities.
• Build and present demonstrations for expeditionary networking needs.
• Conduct market research for potential integrations with partners.
• Engage with MARCORSYCOM, MCWL, PEO Land Systems, and naval centers.
• Gather field feedback to inform product roadmap and track progress.
