Responsibilities

• Report to the General Manager and Marina Manager of the marina.
• Maintain a clean, secure environment ensuring safety for employees and customers.
• Interact with visiting transient boaters and manage dock flow.
• Advocate for premium marina services and drive customer satisfaction.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency.
