Morningstar Marinas, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented marina operations professional to deliver impeccable customer service and oversee day-to-day dock activities. You will lead with a calm, proactive approach, assist visiting boaters, and support overall marina operations.

Responsibilities

• Report to the General Manager and Marina Manager of the marina.
• Maintain a clean, secure environment ensuring safety for employees and customers.
• Interact with visiting transient boaters and manage dock flow.
• Advocate for premium marina services and drive customer satisfaction.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency.
