Job summary

OneWater Marine is seeking an Assistant Marina Manager to support the Marina Manager in daily operations, staff coordination, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will supervise scheduling, facility maintenance, and safety standards to maintain a welcoming environment for guests.

This role partners with sales and service teams to ensure smooth boat storage, delivery, and servicing experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or currently enrolled).
• Leadership experience preferred in marina or similar setting.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day marina operations to ensure efficiency.
• Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Oversee upkeep and maintenance of marina facilities for safety and cleanliness.
• Coach staff daily to maximize productivity and morale.
• Support seamless boat sale, storage, delivery, and servicing experiences.
• Resolve operational or customer service issues and escalate as needed.
