Qualifications

• General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements.
• Ability to communicate professionally with employees, customers, tenants, vendors, and government personnel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial results according to annual operating and capital budgets.
• Supervise marina operations to ensure prompt, courteous, and safe service to customers.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and related reporting (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
