Job summary

The Resort at Longboat Key Club on Longboat Key, FL seeks a friendly Marina Front Desk Agent to welcome marina guests, manage check-ins, reservations, and provide information on marina services. You will work with the operations team to ensure smooth daily marina operations and maintain an inviting atmosphere.

You will handle payments, occupancy records, and guest inquiries while delivering exceptional hospitality in a beautiful resort setting. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or marina operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and reservation systems.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet marina guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage dock reservations and maintain accurate records of marina occupancy.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about marina services and policies.
• Coordinate with marina operations staff to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Process payments and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues at the marina.
• Support other front desk duties as needed to maintain smooth marina operations.
