Responsibilities

• Assist guests with questions about accommodations, amenities, dining, and local attractions.
• Process payments and update guest accounts in the system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Front Desk area.
