Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• 3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and general ledger entries.
• Manage invoices, payments, and deposits.
• Generate billing reports for members and manage vendor accounts.
• Coordinate with dockmasters and maintenance staff.
• Support hiring and administrative duties as needed.
