Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Accounting.
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience preferred in Accounting field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marina financial data including daily entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and general ledger entries.
• Assist in managing all financial elements of the organization and staff development.
• Process payments, receive deposits, and manage vendor invoices.
• Maintain accurate COI records and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
