Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred and experience in office management or bookkeeping.
• Minimum five years of progressive office management and/or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and computer skills.
• Must be able to complete a background check deemed acceptable by the Company.
• Fluent English (read, write, speak).
• Ability to develop partnerships with all levels of personnel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate assistance with monthly financial statements and month-end close.
• Oversee end-of-day procedures and daily deposits processing.
• Maintain invoices, expenses, and contract tracking; ensure proper coding.
• Collaborate with HR for onboarding, payroll, and ADP access.
• Support forecasting by maintaining marina financial data and KPIs.
• Respond to customer questions related to billing, contracts, and insurance.
• Maintain monthly billing records and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Assist General Manager with reporting and strategic initiatives.
