Safe Harbor Marinas is seeking a Business Manager to oversee the marina's financial data, daily entries, and reconciliations. You will perform monthly financial reporting, manage general ledger entries, and assist in all financial elements of the organization.

Provide administrative support to the General Manager and ensure compliance with financial policies. The role requires 3–5 years in accounting and a preferred accounting degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage marina financial data with daily entries and reconciliations.
• Perform monthly financial reporting and general ledger entries.
• Assist in managing all financial elements of the organization.
• Oversee staff management and development.
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager.
• Handle vendor invoices, payments, and banking deposits.
